Yes. When you update pricing through Mirava, existing subscribers keep their current (legacy) price.
Mirava has been verified to preserve existing prices by default and does not change anything else on Google Play when syncing new pricing. This means you can update prices for new subscribers while existing subscribers remain grandfathered at their current rate.
There is no separate toggle or setting you need to enable — this behavior is automatic when using Mirava.
